Session Overview
The provincial Green Building Policy has been in place since 2007 and over 4 million square feet of design and construction activity have been engaged in the program.  So ... how did it go?  
Join MBEC for a session with Cindy Choy, Director of Manitoba's Green Building Coordination Team for a candid presentation on progress to date, recent developments, what's next for the program and how it may affect your work. 

Speaker Biography
Cindy Choy is the Director of the Green Building Coordination Team for the province of Manitoba's Green Building Policy.  Since graduating from the Architecture program at the University of Manitoba, Cindy has worked in architectural design, production and project management in both private and public sector environments.  As a volunteer, she participated in the founding of Manitoba's Chapter of the Canada Green Building Council, chaired the green building sub-committee of the Manitoba Round Table for Sustainable Development and continues to be active on national and provincial committees and working groups for green building and sustainability.  Cindy is excited about the opportunities in green building and sustainability and works actively to support the delivery of better buildings for Manitoba.
